Malmö Konstmuseum

The art museum in Malmö hosts one of Sweden's largest collections of Scandinavian art from the 20th century. In addition to an unique collection of Russian art from the turn of the 20th century, the museum displays a large collection of crafts from southern Sweden.

Next to the detailed presentation of regional painting from Skåne there are also some collections of known Swedish artists such as a collection of works by the famous Swedish landscape painter Carl Fredrik Hill.

A permanent exhibition shows the development of painting and furniture making from the 16th century until today. Every year there are a variety of changing exhibitions on a more than 1,000-square-foot space on the upper floor of the museum.
